Data protection is an important issue - especially for staffing companies because they live from personal contacts. In order for them to work in compliance with the GDPR, they must correctly implement a number of specifications.
As controllers within the meaning of the GDPR, companies must train their employees effectively and regularly on data protection and also prove this - otherwise there is a risk of significant fines and claims for damages.
APSCo Deutschland therefore offers free training by Stephan Frank, APSCo Data Protection Officer and Trusted Partner, for its employees with a certificate of attendance.
This Training will cover:
- General data protection principles for staffing companies
- Recruiting and applicant management from the point of view of data protection supervision
- General information security measures
After passing the final exam, all participants receive a certificate. The training is free for employees of APSCo member companies and will be held in English.
